// HardHub is a calm meditation and breathing coach that guides your breathing exercises, tracks your meditation sessions and streaks, and helps you find your calm — entirely on your device.
[01] Information collected // inputs
None. HardHub does not ask for an account, a login, or any personal details. It collects no name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or device identifiers, and it transmits nothing about you anywhere. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
[02] Local storage // on-device
Kept in OS-level local storage on your device, never uploaded:
- Your meditation and breathing session history (durations, dates, and which exercise you practiced).
- Streak counts and progress statistics used to chart your practice over time.
- App preferences and settings (theme, breathing-pattern choices, and other in-app options).
- Onboarding and gate state — a simple flag remembering that you have finished the intro so it is not shown again.
This data is stored locally with Hive and the operating system's shared-preferences store. Uninstalling the app deletes every byte.
[03] Permissions // runtime
HardHub requests no runtime permissions — no camera, location, microphone, contacts, or photo access. The Android manifest declares only the standard INTERNET permission, and it exists solely so the operating system's share sheet can hand a short piece of text (for example, a streak you choose to share) to another app you pick. It is never used to upload or send your data anywhere.
[04] Network // egress
HardHub is fully offline. It makes no network calls, contacts no servers, and has no backend. There are no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking endpoints of any kind. The app works exactly the same with your device in airplane mode.
[05] Third parties // vendors
No third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs are integrated. HardHub uses only local, offline libraries — for on-device storage (Hive, shared_preferences), charts, animations, and confetti visuals, and the operating system's own share sheet. None of these send your data off the device, and none of them share anything with us or anyone else.
[06] Children // coppa/gdpr-k
HardHub is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal information and transmits nothing off the device, it does not knowingly gather data from children or anyone else. There is no advertising, no profiling, and no data sharing, so it complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design.
[07] Your rights // you
Because all of your data lives only on your device, you are always in full control of it. You can clear the app's data from your device settings at any time, and uninstalling HardHub permanently erases everything it ever stored. There is nothing held on any server for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf.

If this policy changes, the updated field at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
